After successfully graduating from Bornova Anatolian High School, Dr Aydoğan graduated from Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine in 2011 and received the title of medical doctor. He started his professional life as a general practitioner at Birecik State Hospital in Şanlıurfa. Then, in 2012, he passed the Medical Speciality Examination (TUS) and started his surgical specialisation in Izmir Bozyaka General Surgery service.
In 2015, he had the opportunity to work as an external observer physician at Heidelberg Üniversitat Klinikum.
In 2017, he obtained the title of general surgery specialist with his thesis on "Demographic characteristics of patients undergoing sleeve gastrectomy and evaluation of the effectiveness of surgery".
Between 2018 and 2019, he completed his compulsory service at Ardahan Göle State Hospital.
In 2019, he received the "Physician of the Year" award.
In 2020, he started working at Izmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital.
In 2022, he established his own private practice and continues his work in his own practice.
